Rolex GMT Master II 16760 Fat Lady 1986

An interesting and highly collectible model within the Rolex GMT Master family. The 16760 nicknamed the Fat Lady or Sophia Loren was only produced from 1983-88. The model ref was the first to use the new calibre 3085 movement, be supplied with a sapphire crystal glass, have white golds indices on the dial and use the black and red bezel nicknamed the coke. The new movement meant that it could no longer be housed in the case of the 16750 therefore Rolex opted to use an adapted case from the Rolex Seadweller.
